Tavern Dice has fulfillment locations all across the globe to strive for a same day shipment, and a less than 2 days delivery. We will fulfill the order from a location nearest to the shipping address. If a product is not in stock near you, it will find the nearest location to ship it from. Due to this, delivery may take anywhere from 1 - 18 business days.

Return Information:
Our return policy extends for a period of 30 days from the date of product receipt. Within this timeframe, customers may request a return by contacting us via email at taverndiceservice@gmail.com. Approval of return requests is contingent upon the condition of the items, which must remain unaltered and in their original packaging.

Upon approval of a return request, the refund process will commence. It is our policy to issue refunds only upon receipt of the returned merchandise. This ensures the verification of the product's condition and adherence to our return policy terms.

At Tavern Dice, we are constantly expanding our inventory and network to give our customers as much freedom as possible without becoming overwhelming. Due to the nature of the difference in dice material and sets, we provide a general specification sheet which can be found below.

• Dice set: A set of 7 polyhedral dice consisting of a D4, D6, D8, D10, D12, D% and D20.
• Single die: A solo individual die instead of a set.
• D#: D represents the die, the number represents the sides on the die. D20, for example, being a die with 20 sides.

Our dice are usually made from one of 4 materials: Resin, Acrylic, Metal, or Gemstone.

• Resin: A form of plastic. Lightweight and inexpensive.
• Acrylic: A form of plastic. Lightweight and inexpensive.
• Metal: Non-toxic Zinc Alloy. Heavyweight and very durable.
• Gemstone: A wide range of possible materials ranging from precious stone to glass. Heavyweight and luxurious.
