1. Where are the products shipped from?

Tavern Dice has multiple locations where the dice are shipped from. Your order is automatically sorted to ship from the nearest available location. From there, the delivery time depends on the responsible postal company of the respected country.

2. Shipping Address Changes

If you would like to change the shipping address for your order, please contact us by email and include your new shipping address. Once the order is shipped, we can not alter the shipping address anymore.

3. Shipping Methods, Costs, and Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and
destination of the items in the order.

The delivery time is typically between 1 and 18 business days, depending on your location.

Be aware that these delivery times can become longer in case your order is placed during busier periods such as near Christmas or Thanksgiving.

4. Packages Damaged, Lost, or Missing While in Transit

 Once the package has been shipped the shipping company is responsible for delivery. If you have suspicion that your package has gone missing, please redirect towards the shipping company's support desk and let us know through e-mail.

5. Customs clearance / handling cost

Depending on your country you may have to pay customs clearance or handling cost. Our products are shipped from all around the world. If you'd like to know where a product is stored and will be shipped from, please reach out to us.
